HELP FAQ: 
When I refresh a page I get the home page. I don't like it. How can I stop
this.  
To prevent that from occuring click on the 
refresh icon, or right click on a link and select new
window. 
Why is the url not matching the pages when I move to another page? 
The pages are frame pages, which means you have to break out of the frame to
see the true url. Look for this image 
and click on it.
