Fluid Leaks
You may have burr or scratches on the ends seals
(image 23, see figure 1). The best preventions are to replace the
boots when there are signs of cracks and damages. Never use other
brands of power steering fluids not made directly from the
manufacturer.
Honda recommends that all o-rings and the piston
seal (image 19, see figure 1) are replaced during an overhaul. The
arrows marks the critical parts during the overhaul.
Also, you may have burr or scratches control
valve located at the valve body unit.
