Please
follow these guidelines to ensure you will receive a
quick reply:
- Please
make sure your return e-mail address is valid.
- If
your e-mail address is wrong, there is no way to
reply to your message.
- If
you do not receive a reply: Verify that your
e-mail address is correct. Look for and disable
any e-mail filters, such as parental
control or spam filters,
which might reject the reply.
- Check
to make sure you've removed the word SPAM
BLOCK from the outgoing email
addresses.
- Please
include the subject. If there's no subject it may
be deleted by the recipient's filter.
- Do
not send wave files, images,
or other large attachments.
- Do
not send Word documents. They tend
to waste a lot of space and may include
confidential information you did not intend to
send.
- Do
not send HTML formatted e-mail.
- Be
sure to turn off the HTML formatting option in
your e-mail program.
- This
includes all Outlook users. HTML e-mail consumes
3 to 4 times as much space as plain text and may
force your font and colour scheme on the
recipient. Please check the help in your e-mail
program to find out how to turn off HTML e-mail.
